#### What is the Studio?

The Studio is a robust admin portal built for efficient, scalable template management. It allows you to effortlessly update multiple templates at once, schedule template availability, and streamline the creation and distribution of assets to ensure your content remains up-to-date and relevant across your account.

#### **What features does the Studio offer?**

**Template Management Page:** Design templates effortlessly by starting from scratch, importing designs from InDesign, or using the 'Import Any Design' feature to streamline your workflow.

**Bulk Template Updates:** Select multiple templates to make bulk edits to names, filters, or descriptions. Quickly streamline sharing, scheduling, and publishing across your library with just a few clicks.

**Scheduled Templates:** Manage template availability with ease by setting start and end dates for access. Templates can be scheduled to publish or expire automatically, improving workflow efficiency.

- Expire on Date: Automatically remove templates from user access on a specific date.
- Publish on Date: Set templates to become available at a scheduled time.
- Start and Expiration Date: Control both the availability and duration of templates.

**View Only Templates:** Prevent unauthorized changes by marking templates as 'View Only.' Admins retain editing permissions, while others can only view the templates, ensuring content consistency.

### **Accessing the Studio**

#### **How do I access the Studio?**

1. Log into your account.
2. Select the "Marq Studio" option near your Admin Settings.

#### **What changes when the Studio is enabled?**

The workflow for editing and sharing templates will change slightly. Templates will be displayed in a list view rather than a grid, and you will have new tools to filter and manage templates more effectively.

#### **How does the Studio help with template management?**

The Studio provides advanced filtering tools to search templates by group, category, or other criteria. This makes it easier to find and update specific templates.

### **Template Management Page**

#### **How can I create a new template in the Template Management Page?**

You can start from scratch, import designs from InDesign, or use the 'Import Any Design' feature to quickly convert existing designs into templates.

#### **Can I filter my templates in the Template Management Page?**

Yes, the Template Management Page enables you to effortlessly filter, edit, and share templates with specific user groups. It also allows you to dynamically update template descriptions, apply filters, and manage published templates.

### **Bulk Template Updates**

#### **How do I update multiple templates at once?**

Use the Bulk Template Updates feature to select multiple templates and make changes to names, filters, or descriptions. You can also streamline sharing, scheduling, and publishing in just a few clicks.

#### **Can I bulk edit templates across different user groups?**

### **Scheduled Templates**

#### **What does the 'Expire on Date' feature do?**
