Common error messages
The following errors are commonly sent to support:
Unable to upload image
- Common causes:
- the image already exists in the image manager
- the image is not a PNG or JPEG
- the image is too large (above 2MB)
Docs not loading
- Common causes:
- slow internet connection
- VPN/firewall blocking the IP address
- you need to clear your cache and/or open an incognito window
Unable to save work
- Common causes:
- slow internet connection
- VPN/firewall blocking the IP address
- you need to clear your cache and/or open an incognito window
- If all else fails, open a blank project and copy the content over into a new project to save your work
