Modify the settings for how your users experience Marq:
Enable standard templates Turn the standard Marq tempaltes on/off. If you don't want your users accessing non-brand templates, it is a good idea to turn this off.
Enable blank documents Disable the option for your users to create blank documents. If you turn this off, your users would only be able to create documents from your template library. Great for staying on-brand! (This does not affect team admins)
Enable InDesign documents to be imported by users Disable the option for your users to import InDesign documents.
Enable non-brand colors for all users Disable the option for your users to access non-brand colors. They will only see the colors that you have set in your brand settings. (note: you should have white and black in your brand colors since your users won't have access to these colors if they are not in your brand settings)
Enable non-brand fonts for all users Disable the option for your users to have access to non-brand fonts. Users will only be able to select fonts that you have designated in your brand settings.
Enable print checks when downloading files The print checks will look for image quality, RGB/CYMK usage, and bleeds. If you don't want this to be an option when downloading, you can disable this.
Enable PDF download of documents If you don't want your users downloading your documents, turn this off.
Set default CMYK colors If you have a set CMYK color with your printer, chose the standard CYMK option so your users won't need to find it each time they download.
Set default bleed If your printer requires a specific bleed, you can automatically lock a bleed setting on all documents.
Enable web publishing of documents Turn this off if you don't want your users to publish documents on the web.
Enable image downloads Turn this off if you don't want your users downloading images from your documents.
Enable Bing image search Disable this option if you don't want your users searching for images on Bing to place in their documents.
Enable Unsplash image search Disable this option if you don't want your users searching for images on Unsplash to place in their documents.
Enable Icon finder search Disable this option if you don't want your users searching for images on Icon Finder to place in their documents.
