      How to Connect Wrike with Your Marq Account

      1. Access the App Marketplace
        • Navigate to the App Marketplace from your Marq account.
        • Please note that only the account owner can access the App Marketplace to configure integrations.

      2. Install the Wrike App

        • Select the Wrike app from the list of available integrations.
        • Click Install Wrike and log in to your Wrike instance to authenticate the connection.

      3. Link Your Folder or Project

        • After successfully connecting, locate the Folder/Project Link (Permalink) in Wrike that you want to link to the approval workflow.
        • Copy the Permalink and add it to the designated table in your Marq account.

      4. Match Table Columns

        • Map the columns in your Wrike table to the corresponding fields in your approval workflow.

      5. Set Up Webhooks

        • Copy the webhook link generated during the setup process.
        • Navigate to your Wrike Admin Settings and paste the webhook link into the Webhooks section.

        • Assign a name to the webhook and ensure the Pending Approval checkbox is selected.

      Once the setup is complete, any submitted approvals will automatically be added as tasks in your Wrike table, including a link to the project in Marq. This allows you to complete the approval directly within Marq.
