Image upload requirements

Marq has a specific set of requirements for uploading images in the correct format.

Accepted image file types:

• JPG
• PNG
• SVG (learn more)
• MP4
• GIF

If you have an image that is not a supported file type, there are many websites that will convert your images for free.

Accepted image size:

• Generally, anything under 2MB is accepted. We do accept larger images but they can sometimes cause issues.

Accepted image resolution:

• We limit image resolution to 4000x4000px. Anything larger will prompt an image upload error.
